There are strict conditions under which we engage recruiters

EDITD is one of the hottest startup companies in London, and has no shortage of candidates. We are prepared to engage with recruiters only under these conditions, which must be adhered to strictly.

• Unsolicited phone calls will not be accepted, and your firm will be blacklisted.
• To approach us, send us 3 unredacted spec CVs for your BEST candidates.
• When we call these candidates, they will have heard of you individually, and will have approved you sending their CV to us.
• If one of these candidates turns out to be hireable through our regular recruitment process, we will have a conversation with you about engagement.
• No fee or consideration will be paid for sourcing the spec CVs.

These are the only conditions under which we would enter an engagement with a recruiter who contacts us.
